What a delight to hear Dr. Tabin speak. I was not present at the COS meeting and am pleased to attend this online classroom version. This would be enhanced if the power point slides we visible while any professor is peaking.

Before the eminence that is Dr. Tabin, I carefully note that "self sustaining" may be an "over statement" since 55% of all patients cited are "absolutely free". Clearly the "Robin Hood" pricing of the paying patients subsidizes the large majority. It is our view that only 1 to 3% of any population (excluding environments of war and major natural disaster) is unable to pay significant participation in the real costs exhibited by Dr. Tabin. In other words around 97% are able to pay readily at the $15 to $50 range.
